When you inquire or book

Your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the type of session you want, your preferred date, and anything you write in the message field.

When you pay

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We never see or store your card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last four digits.

Your photographs

The images from your session, stored so we can edit and deliver them.

Automatically

Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and, when you agree to our terms, a timestamped record of that agreement, which we keep as proof of what was agreed.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, and only as needed to run the business.

• Stripe for payment processing
• Neon for our database hosting
• Vercel for website and image hosting
• Resend for sending email notifications

Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

• Inquiries that do not become bookings: 2 years, then deleted
• Booking and payment records: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting
• Delivered galleries: online for 15 days after delivery
• Terms agreements: kept for as long as the related booking records

Our website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We use encrypted connections, keep access to client data limited to the business owner, and never store payment card details.

We will update the date at the top when this changes. Material changes affecting existing clients will be emailed.
