Terms and Conditions

Alpha Shooting provides portrait photography sessions in the Miami area, including lifestyle, proposal, maternity, and birthday sessions. The specific package, date, time, and location are confirmed at booking.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The deposit is nonrefundable. Your session is not held until the deposit is paid, and dates are confirmed in the order deposits are received.

The remaining balance is due at the start of your session, before shooting begins. Sessions do not begin until the balance is paid.

Your session starts at the time you booked, whether or not you are there.

If you booked 6:00 PM for one hour and arrive at 6:20, your session still ends at 7:00. Time lost to late arrival is not made up and is not refunded.

You may request additional time at $25 per 10 minutes, or $50 per 20 minutes, payable before the extra time begins. Additional time is subject to availability. If another session follows yours, extra time may not be possible, and that decision is at our discretion.

You may reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice before your session start time. A $50 rescheduling fee applies, and your deposit carries over to the new date.

The fee is waived where the reason is outside your control, including rain or unsafe weather for an outdoor session, a medical emergency, or a comparable serious circumstance.

Rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice is treated as a cancellation under Section 5.

If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. If you do not arrive within the booked session window, the session is treated as completed and the deposit is forfeited.

If Alpha Shooting cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund of everything paid, including the deposit.

You choose the shoot location and are responsible for confirming that photography is permitted there. If a venue refuses photography and no workable alternative is available, the session is treated as cancelled under Section 5.

Travel

Locations beyond the Miami area may incur a travel fee, agreed with you in writing before your booking is confirmed.

Studio

If your session requires a studio, Alpha Shooting arranges the rental and you pay the rental fee separately. This fee is in addition to your package price, is due before the booking date, and is nonrefundable once the studio is reserved, because we have paid for it on your behalf. You simply show up.

For outdoor sessions affected by rain or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule with no fee and your deposit carries over. Weather rescheduling is not subject to the 12 hour notice requirement in Section 4.

Unedited photographs from your session are delivered through an online gallery within 2 business days of your session.

Edited photographs, where editing is included in your package or purchased separately, are delivered within 14 days of you selecting which images you want edited.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control delay delivery, including illness or equipment failure, we will tell you promptly and deliver as soon as possible. Delay alone does not entitle you to a refund, but if unedited delivery exceeds 14 days you may request a full refund of the session fee.

The number of delivered images varies by session. We deliver the images that meet our standard, not every frame taken. Editing is at our creative discretion. Additional retouching beyond the delivered edit may be quoted separately.

We will reshoot at no charge if:

• Equipment or file failure on our side makes images unusable
• Weather or venue closure prevents the session from going ahead

We do not offer free reshoots for:

• Dissatisfaction with your own appearance, outfit, hair, or makeup
• Late arrival that shortened your session
• A change of mind about location or concept after the session

In those cases you are welcome to book a new session at standard rates.

Alpha Shooting LLC retains copyright ownership of all photographs taken during your session. Copyright is not transferred by payment.

You are granted a license to use your photographs for personal and self promotional purposes. You may print them, share them, and post them on your personal and business social media accounts and website, including where you use them to represent yourself or your own business.

You may not:

• Sell the photographs, or license them to anyone else
• Use them in paid advertising, whether for your own business or anyone else's
• Supply them to a third party for that party's marketing, products, or publications
• Submit them to a stock library, competition, or publication

Any of the above requires our written permission first.

We do not apply watermarks to delivered images.

Our use of your images for promotion is governed by the separate Model Release and Image Use document, which you also accept when you check the agreement box.

Alpha Shooting's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session.

You are responsible for your own safety and that of anyone in your party during the session, including at locations you have chosen. Alpha Shooting is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after a session, except where caused by our own negligence.

We keep delivered galleries available online for 15 days after delivery. Please download your images within that window. We are not obligated to retain or redeliver files after that period, though we typically keep our own archive.

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at the time of your booking is the version that governs that booking, and we keep a record of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami Dade County, Florida.
