Model Release and Image Use

By checking the agreement box at booking, you grant Alpha Shooting LLC permission to use photographs from your session to promote our work, in any medium, on any platform, and in any geographic area, now and in the future. This includes but is not limited to our website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business profile, printed materials, advertising, exhibitions, and any other platform or area, including platforms that do not yet exist.

This permission is granted worldwide, without payment or royalty, and continues indefinitely.

Accepting this release is required to book online, and booking online is the only way to reserve a date through this website.

If you would prefer that we do not use your images publicly, that is completely fine and it costs you nothing. Email us before booking and we will arrange your session directly. Your price does not change.

Some sessions are private by nature. If your session involves a surprise proposal, a pregnancy you have not announced, or anything else you would rather we did not post yet, tell us and we will hold the images until you say otherwise. Asking us to wait is not the same as opting out and costs you nothing.
